Based in Belsize Park and working across Hampstead, NW3 and North London, I specialise in professional headshots, business portraits and personal portrait commissions for individuals and organisations who want images that genuinely do them justice. While North London is my home territory, I work with clients across London and beyond when the brief calls for it.
Every portrait has a purpose.
A headshot for LinkedIn needs to work differently from a portrait for your office wall, a photograph for a book cover, an image for your website or a poster for your film.
Before we shoot anything, I take the time to understand exactly what your photographs need to achieve - and build the session around that. It's a consulting instinct as much as a photographic one
What makes a shoot with me different?
Most London portrait photographers will produce perfectly good photographs.
But I'm interested in something more.
I’m passionate about achieving the image that captures who you genuinely are, works perfectly for its intended purpose, and that you're still proud of years from now.
That comes from my architect's training at the Architectural Association, my management consultant's instinct for understanding what a client actually needs, and hundreds of portrait sessions across a wide range of subjects and contexts.
My work has been published internationally and I bring that same standard of attention to every commission, whether it's a single headshot or a full personal portrait session
